Fulfillment Policy

• Refund policy — Clients are entitled to a full refund on each project within 14 days of delivery upon a written request.

• Delivery policy — All copywriting projects are delivered electronically on the due date agreed to by the parties via email with a link to a google doc.

• Return policy – Once delivered, the client owns the project there are no returns, but the client is still entitled to a refund within 14 days of delivery.

• Cancellation policy — There are no subscriptions or reservations to cancel. Refer to service contract for specific projects.
